We are seeking a talented Business Growth Executive to join and contribute to our growing company. Business Development Executives play a critical role in finding, developing, and closing new business as well as retaining existing clients. Ideally, this person will come from a tech background selling solutions. You will also be required to build capacity in staff through regular training and mentorship.

To be successful as a business development executive, you should have a strong in-depth knowledge of the B2B sales and marketing landscape. You will be having strategic B2B sales and marketing conversations with local and international clients.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline to meet target goals
  • Create strategies to prioritize and penetrate prospective clients
  • Thoroughly familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by our company
  • Participate in networking events and connect with potential clients
  • Cultivate and maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure their retention
  • Propose upgrades or additional products and services that may be of interest to clients
  • Create compelling business proposals and contracts to maximize revenue
  • Analyze and act on clients’ feedback by implementing necessary improvements
  • Establish short- and long-term objectives consistent with organizational strategy

Requirements:

  • Four years degree in marketing, business administration, or similar
  • Extensive sales experience
  • A Successful track record in a sales role (1-3 years preferred)
  • Analytical skills and proven prior experience creating sales plans, forecasting, sales strategies and sales funnel.
  • Work experience with Email Marketing and Linkedin Sales Navigator
  • Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
  • Work experience with US clients is preferable but not required
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
